Would you mind sharing any advice or experience that you have with paying Property Managers a commission for their work?

And as seller financed, if she ends up defaulting, the property ends up back with you, just as it would with a bank.Definitely worth the time to both of you to get advice on what your options are.

Also, I'm trying to network as much as possible so if anybody has recommendations for different meetups to attend, or groups to look into, I'd be very grateful for any advice.
