Should be able to be done in a day or two max and shower on 3rd day. 

I have also seen solid LTR outside CH biggest focus is on the property itself for sqft, GLA, and lot size.

If you do find a deal and maybe it doesn’t cash flow for the first year or 2 but you can make improvements, raise rents on under market leases, manage property effectively and cover your expenses at least you will have started and can look for better cashflow over time.

I purchased the system on the 26th and I thought the system said I had 30 days to review and cancel for a refund. 

I’d appreciate any advice or information on how to handle the situation.
