Does anyone know the details of bidding towards a 2nd mortgage of a home?

For the financial analysis, I would make sure ~100% recovery for the investors in the base case, downside case, and the "oh my god" downside case.

Hi there,sounds like they are hiding something for sure. if you really want it just do an analysis on the worst case scenario and see if you can deal with it. if it's too much for you then it might be best to walk away.

Used him 4 times...hes the guy realtors hate because he is so detailed.
