Desire 2: I envision growing fruits trees and vegetation in the properties I own in the future (does anyone know if there is a health code violation?

With that being said, I have turned my attention to other areas across the country in search of properties that I can take down without shelling out $500k for it. 

Of course we don't know for sure what will happen in the future but I imagine these cities will continue to remain desirable.

I searched online and one house, let’s call it Property X, has caught my attention.
