I bought 54 of them one year in in 2013.. and that was very frustrating.. now the local custom is once you bought you can move for eviction and reno etc. but you do risk doing reno and some how the sale gets overturned your SOL on your reno work..  

We do many, many flips, custom homes, Res-Re's, condos, etc... and we are always looking to meet new people, regardless if we work together in the future or not.

Foreign property 1031 Exchanges are more complicated due to the local laws, regulations, closing customs, etc. 

While I have not done any business with them - I invest elsewhere in Ohio - if this is the Dix I’m thinking about (I don’t know how many PM companies may be working in Butler County whose name starts with that word,) they’ve been recommended to me and are a large player in the area.Assuming that free Internet is available in your area for free to customers below certain income level, that perk may not be a big deal - hopefully, it does not cost you much.This is all to say that to me - from far away - it looks like you/your agent may be asking too much.

@John Underwood has the easy and correct answer here.I swap out my doorknobs for non-locking and add a keypad for custom-coded entry. 

Someone has to GC the project and deal with vendors, subcontractors, City, and the customer.
