Shows more proof?

I agree that it's a shame to remove slate though because it's such a beautiful roof surface that is extremely resistant to the rough New England weather: wind, hail, freeze/thaw cycles and even fire resistant which is why it is valuable (that and a new slate roof is ridiculously expensive).

Every investor knows that the stock market runs in cycles and it doesn't take a genius to figure out that the current bull market is about to end.Business is booming, money is flowing, and every investor knows that real estate is a great place to park cash in preparation for the problems coming in the stock market.The more money flowing into real estate, the more competition there is, the more prices are going to be driven up.

As a reasonably cynical person, I am forced to assume that a dip in my state income tax bill will be correlated with a hike in my grandma's property taxes, possibly delayed a legislative cycle or two, but it would happen nonetheless. 

Make sure everyone knows anyone in the place over the age of 18 needs to apply.Along with filling out the application have the applicants provide proof of income (copies of paystubs, etc) and a copy/picture of their state ID or drivers license.Once you have all of their applications and supporting docs then run their applications through a background check system that will give you their complete credit, criminal, and eviction history for each applicant.

So we get folks jumping back and forth between oil and real estate since they've developed a lovely contra cycle.

I'm leaning towards stability since I, too, believe we are near the top of the cycle.  

I assume a pre-approval is essentially what a seller wants to see in terms of "proof of funds"?

I believe from background check, proof of income, and over all appearance the applicants are being catiouse and do not want to jeopardize their parents visa.
