7.If you buy a home from a bank in redemption, and the bank gives you a quit claim deed, is that good enough?

I have been in contact with a few agents here in Amarillo and they are not that willing to assists despite being, or claiming to be, real estate investors themselves.  

I have tried to ask customer service and I keep getting copy and paste answers vs someone just explaining the steps on how my LLC will show that it is conducting business.I am aware that hard money is expensive, but it should still be able to do its job, which is to help my company and I make profits.Any and all help would be greatly appreciated as I paid quite a bit of money and I hope that it doesn't end up that I fell for a scam.Thank you, Erin 

If you do start in that time frame, you're not liable for previous lead paint illness claims.

This property is occupied and I wanted to know that they mentioned "Property may be subject to leasehold interests or other rights or claims of various tenants or other occupants, and Buyer may be subject to the United States Service Members Civil Relief Act, or other federal, state or local law, as applicable" in auction disclaimers.Is this right property to buy?

I am convinced that this is deliberate action by Sherman Bridge to earn the $1,500 monthly interest as long as they can procrastinate and put my refinance off; and now having read other posts in this forum and learning that it's the normal way they do business with so many other customers I can see that they sell this hard money to permanent financing loan combination as a dangling carrot really since it's oh so clear Sherman Bridge never intended to process the refinance in a timely manner to begin with.

How long did you have to claim the home as your personal residence (I'd it two years?)

If they don't claim the money for taxes they are dishonest.  

I went to brelion.com and signed up however they block access until they verify accreditation status and claim it could take up to 21 days.
