If yes, then you may want to consider it as you can upgrade with a better water heater and HVAC over time (or if you sell, maybe the next buyer can put in a hot tub;).

For example you can plan the life expectancy for a new water heater in CapEx and divide it into your month expenses but if it goes out tomorrow, you need the reserves to cover the cost.

Hi ,Can you please help me if it is good or bad to buy single family home with Private Well and Private Sewer as as Rental property,How much does it cost to Get Public Water/Sewer Connection done and installed in Levittown PA and how long it takes for the complete process start to finish.Also Any idea Cost for converting Window AC / Induction Heating system to a Central AC and Heating system (All the Ducting need to done ) .It is a 2500 SQFT Living area.
