In parts of the country where the population is more dense, it would make more sense to build multi-families.

I just saw this post and wanted to add on here:  there are other courses that these so-called specialists offer and they all work the same way (some are even from out of the country and will say they have all of the connections here in the US and are moving here in the same month while not paying taxes or owning a business license to conduct business!).  

Keep your head up; you're in the greatest country on earth with more opportunity than anywhere else in the world.

Trying to start investing and building multiple teams across the country right from the start would be a nightmare!

Perhaps they may even need to be licensed or certified in mold remediation in that part of the country?

Values range an incredible amount in different parts of the country.
