Before the downfall, I think the casinos were in a constant race of building the biggest (and most expensive) place to attract new visitors and as a result became massively overleveraged so when things slowed down, they got caught.

I've been to multiple seminars and have read plenty of books on Real Estate Investing and so far what I have seen here is very powerful and I luv this BP community :D I am interested in REO Wholesaling but I figure for me to get over the hump I would like to maybe joint venture or be mentored like one of the success stories I just read on here..lol :mrgreen: Other than that I am open to any ideals or comments that you may have to create another successful investor here on Bigger Pockets :wink:
