Sounds kinda complicated.  

The landlord-tenant laws are a plus, but you will find that there are unnecessary expenses, permits, licenses, laws, taxes, etc. in both MD and DC compared to VA that make investing a little more complicated (and expensive) in MD and DC than it should be. 

It is very complicated and demands strict adherence by a landlord.

You can buy and sell it with a single peace of paper, but what does become complicated is title insurances, which blockchain does not resolve, as only a human can pickup the phone and call creditors, search for debt, and clean the title of all its encombrements.

We all started somewhere.The process doesn't need to be that complicated as @Matt M. pointed out.

The market is fairly complicated in Columbus and that makes navigating to find a location you can be confident in a challenge.

@Ibrahim Kidwai everyone else said what I would have said, I’ve been wholesaling for 2 years and typically stay away from properties that involve realtors, it can get complicated quickly when you are a newbie (IMO) it doesn’t mean that it cannot be done, it just means you have to ready and prepared.

Anything different or complicated with whole asking  a deal like this?
