Hello BP community, I need to find a reasonable priced property management company for a 12 unit property located in NE Miami.

I believe there is a designation for "Highly Compensated Employees" (HCE) which allows my company to limit how much I can contribute in order for my company to meet certain rules set by the IRS that are necessary for the company to even offer a 401k.

I have a full time job working for an Engineered Wood Products Company as a Safety Manager.

Looking for some input from this vast base of knowledge on the pros and cons of setting up an LLC or S-Corp for my company structure.

I am in Palm Harbor and I use a maintenance company   for ongoing maintenance, and they do roofs, all rehab projects, I have been with them since 2013 when we did a full rehab in Dunedin. 

I have seen here on BP, and also seen some marketing emails that promise passive investment opportunities where I pay a promised sum and the company purchases the house, flips it, rent's it and manages them.

They are different companies and therefore must be run as such.best of luck!

I'm now looking for a quality loan servicing company out here in the Bay Area, or anywhere for that matter, if they can help facilitate my payment process to the seller.

But you still have to manage the management company.
