{Fun fact: we actually tried STR by the rooms and we cash flowed like crazy...but we didn't realize that we needed a permit and so we had to stop it} We did alot of pre-qualification work to make sure the prospective tenants are trustworthy...but you are never sure 100% anyways.

Cash flow may exist slightly better in San Antonio, but if it does truly grow into a large cap city expect the property tax to start wiping it away.

There's way too much to breakdown here, but a brief synopsis; essentially the work will include, fixing old pavement, changing full concrete medians to include trees, redoing powerlines that awfully crisscross and look cluttered, adding more sidewalks, better lighting, and general cleaning up the appearance.
