At the high end, you're looking at a nice STR in an A class neighborhood.

In the future look for class A tenants, make sure they have a good rental history.

As such, you are not very likely to find something meeting this specific criteria listed on the MLS as the strong demand for this asset class pushes down the returns.

Yes, you are only allotted up to 40 classes within one subscription which some use to track each individual property.

But even in this environment, most markets will have listings that have sat for weeks or months or longer.

Forget about the LLC and asset protection classes, be good, have insurance (an umbrella when you get rich) and abide health and safety codes you will be fine.
