Anything that is worthwhile takes time and effort.Yes it is worthwhile if you want to get rid of a cash flowing property and tie up your money for the time it takes to pay you back.I am owner financing a property that I got cheap to the existing occupants.

These were bought cheap enough that I could do the math of the purchase, rehab and carrying cost and know that I was in a good position. they have stayed rented 100% of the time and on average worth double what I invest in them.On to today!
