If we want properties to cash flow to help build some retirement and possibly find a retirement in 8 years ( meaning, quitting our 9-5 in 8 years), is it too late? 

It's a little pricey, but it's been my API of choice thus far.Once you get an API key, you can use their documentation page to test out the API (or just use Postman) before building out any scripts or apps.I had the same objective as you and have found Rentcast to be a good solution.

But as you journey through life building a family, starting a business and acquiring wealth it is ok to have a list of things that you should not have to do and it is ok to pay someone else to do it. 

Once the capitol is back on our side we can look into buy & hold rental properties and building a solid portfolio. 

I think house hacking is the easiest way to build wealth over time and I would hate to see you get burned out on a riskier investing strategy before you get started

Myself and a few partners (GP Team) have identified a medical office building that checks most of the boxes.

I want to build more confidence in bigger projects: flooring, tile, electricity, etc.

Also, does anyone have experience developing prefab/modular commercial buildings or know someone who has?

do have a decent amount saved up in my stock portfolio that I want to sell to maybe acquire a second investment property but I’d like 4-6 unit would it be the right time now or take it slow and build up to that?
