I plan on bringing a contractor with me when I go see the property for a repair estimate.I'm setting up a meeting with them this week, but I'm still a little unsure as to how to best approach the situation.

Unit 1 and 2, would rent for $850 each and this would bring a total $1700 per month on the property.

I plan to go the typical route , get a bank loan, bank appraisal, right along with contractor quotes to help bring down the appraisal price, but that  still will place the property as being sold for $40,000 under market value by the IRS's view.

We told her we’d be bringing plumbers by this morning.

I am mildly successful, bringing in about $300 a month with a monthly expense of $100.

This could be a great deal for the buyer depending on how much repairs are needed to bring the property up to ARV.

I heard that Ford was going to purchase the old train station to bring a ton of tech jobs.
