You generally make more long-term, you aren't a drain on the housing market, and your property manager will be more likely to send you deals they come across.My personal investment strategy is to be patient and wait for home-run deals.  

Hey @Sheldon Vic This all sounds like a viable strategy and congrats on making the decision to get started.I would be careful on holding onto property that does not cash flow, I'd hate to see it ever be a drain on your finances.

@Tony ArdisonThere may be lots of room for more mobile homes but does the zoning allow for it and will you have enough room for drain fields, enough well capacity, etc?

That's my comparitive house.I can pickup a clone a block away on the same street for $7k but it will need the same extensive remodel.
