I’m sure everyone is excited about Rep Omar’s bill to require forgiveness of rent for up to a year.

There’s even talk of a bill being passed completely suspending all rents and mortgage payments for an entire year.

Not much else.both of the units use electric heat and the heating bills are alot in the winter months.

Amend your taxes, be honest with the IRS, pay your tax bill, and then revisit. 

I have always paid my bills on time and so my credit score is not terrible (its currently around 690), but my mistakes have strapped me with a ton of negative debt.
