Foreclosure notices in one way or another will be posted at the local courthouse.Your best bet is to do mailouts and contacting them face to face.

Google stays away from dynamic pages with lengthy URLs and those which look to the robots they will be changed often.Pages that remain the same are the best bet to be crawled and indexed.

I can tell anyone who cares to listen firsthand that when someone wants to rip you off, and you didn't do better due dilligence up front, and didn't take steps to protect yourself your best bet is to get over it and move on.The worst part about that whole deal is to stay wallowing in all that bad energy.
