Yeah that's not a bad idea of the REIA meetups , ill even try googling them maybe a good one might pop up and also asking around BP might help also .

I also found he had added a unapproved roommate; this guy made HIS living selling drugs out of my house.

I'm in the DFW area, and even though we didn't get hurt as badly as other areas, when I look at the data, there was definitely a drop in rent growth and occupancy during 08 and 09.  

He is a local guy, and doubt whether he has connections in San Antonio.
