You should come and visit the Bay of Fundy coast sometime and you might alter that assessment.

@James Capovilla Florida has always been a great place to invest but more so recently, the baby boom generation has been coming down here for years visiting there parents who retired down here and now that they are getting ready to retire its only natural that they retire to a warmer place all year ..

I will also tell you that I'm always willing to spend time with people talking to them on the phone, letting them come visit the jobs, walk through our house, etc. and share anything I can to help them along.

I used to have a company that ran tours for wildlife photographers, some in the lower 48, but my favorite was Alaska and the arctic.So if I had cash to play with I'd start with a 3 week driving tour of Alaska, then go back to Kuujjuaq, Quebec, topped off with a visit to Bylot Island at the northern tip of Baffin Island and then to Quttinirpaaq National Park at the norther end of Ellesmere Island.
