Assessor wants to re-assess for any little thing I guess.What about refinancing or getting a Heloc if the  condition won't make it through a full appraisal? 

I was looking in the market place here and saw some in Cleveland, Ohio for pretty cheap(at least compared to here).

Is that a fair assessment generally speaking, or am I way off?

I heard back from county today and I'm super confused by the response:That sounds very much like "we don't give preliminary assessments of subdivisibility" to me.

It will automatically assess late fees which is nice if you give it a date to trigger.

He's in Tampa and would probably be available to give you a fair assessment on any property.
