After you get your judgement you have to wait another 5 days to see if the tenant appeals, then file for the sheriff to be at the property to physically move tenant out, another few days.I would ask my property manager to go and do that for me.

Beyond that, I would make an appeal to the seller with proof of what's going on.

So I "think" the rezone would go through, and like Brandon Halley mentioned, adding some value and curb appeal is what I do with all my properties.

Someone who knows what they are doing could probably make it look more appealing inside with their “kit”.

The outcome was a beautifully renovated house that appealed to a modern buyer with the new finishes and color schemes, etc. but that's also timeless and neutral enough to allow the purchaser to put their own touches in and add their own flare to make it theirs.

That said, we are very worried about internet access in those older, more established areas after some quick searches and hope to not be pushed into Grovetown as it seems like it would only appeal to families.
