Would you rent cabins to tenants, or is there more money in Air-b-n-b type rentals?

I have a vacation rental and I was wondering if and what type of mobile apps are out there to collect payment from someone the was not generated from the regular Air bnb/vrbo channels?

Stats about the deal- Built in 1920- Last renovated 12 years ago (roof, kitchens, furnace, floors, electric, and "90% of plumbing")- No Central Air- Garage converted to shared coin operated laundry/storageThe seller is an international investor.
