any change to obtain forms in spanish?

I tried to proceed per usual by using an assignment contract to "sell" them the Purchase and Sale Agreement, but I quickly learned that the 1031 exchange agent needed a Purchase and Sale that says $450,000 as the purchase price in order to release funds - the assignment contract didn't fulfill this as the assignment is stated as an additional "fee".

I'm looking for help finding a mid-term rental co-host agreement template.Backstory:  I recently co-sponsored a 10 unit apartment syndication in San Antonio, TX.

She has moved out now and we decided to not deduct any money from her deposit for the cleaning because we don’t know the condition it was in when she first moved in, although she did sign our cleaning agreement.

Utility bills, rental lease agreements, paychecks with home address, address on IRS returns past 5, 1099 and w-2 mail to address, USPS mail records ... are what you need if you push the limit and get audited.

How long do I need to keep old lease agreements with previous tenants or do you shred them as soon as they are out the door?  

It can be managed by a property management company as long as there is nothing in the agreement where you would lose to ability to occupy the property.  

Do I have to give her those energy bills without some kind of court order (to be clear the bills were split according to the agreement, nothing to hide)? 

I just need to figure out how to get started and what licenses I need (if any) before I can have my agreement signed and start closing deals.Any advice is welcome and thank you all for your time.

My uncle lives down there and we have an agreement.
