Investing here for capital appreciation is not something most investors count on - history has been little downside risk, but this is combined with modest value increases at times when other markest are booming.

Florida is close to booming again and I know they can't keep up with demand.

Areas south of Seattle that are booming like Kent, Renton, Des Moines can trade in the $400k+ range. 

This area is showing lot of growth in terms of companies setting up manufacturing locations like Toyota battery plant, Boom Jet manufacturing to name a few. 

Ten years ago they were high crime areas that have been completely turned redeveloped into booming areas (Similar to many parts of Brooklyn). 

Then boom I had to do two evictions in one year.

I was far more concerned with living the college life than focusing on what the future held for me.Four years went by, had the time of my life, did just enough to earn my degree and then BOOM ... making the big bucks working at a large bank ... $30k/year. 

The county and central part of the state are booming, with many folks inbound for jobs, climate, etc.

If you told me you had 10 life changing properties under contract and a booming RE business, that's one thing.

Reason why I am posting is because a division of my company, a household enterprise technology company, is undergoing a boom in hiring and we are bringing in 90% of the employees from out of state.
