Hello it is i ... the new member,So ive been reading all over the web, watching youtube videos about this magical tool homeowners can utilize once equity in the home permits of course called an HELOC.

@Adil Azad I’m not trying to be mean at all by saying this but you should read the forums, blogs, etc. listen to podcasts a little, watch YouTube videos.

Read, listen to podcasts (I love Wholesaling Inc), watch YouTube videos, etc. 

And shoot out to Max Maxwell, I’ve watched everything you put out on YouTube all super helpful.

Hi, I became interested in this forum by watching YouTube, and am sticking my toe in the water so to speak.

My early morning emails will get to them usually around end of business or dinner time (their time), and they're happy to be kept in the loop whether it's just a simple reply or one that has an attached photo or unlisted YouTube video to watch.
