In Highland Park,  I would check out York Blvd around Ave 50 and Figueroa around Ave 57.

Given the housing shortage in New York, in my opinion this push is likely to continue.

Given I've been living in New York the past 9 years and my property has been in Chicago for 15 years, my tax due per my accountant is around 60K total ( 15K gains to New and 45K gains to Illinois).

Personally, I am very bullish on New York and NYC itself.

I'm about to launch my wholesale operation in Queens, Long Island, and Westchester, NY and I got few questions before I begin my journey.I am a licensed salesperson in New York currently working for a big company.

Maybe long-term rentals don't cash flow in a place like Paris or Barcelona but they don't in New York or San Francisco either.
