There's a pretty solid vertical crack in the back of house in the garage (see picture attached) and the rest of that wall seems to be crumbling a bit.

These programs have been around just as long as "regular" IRA's - i.e. what Wall Street wants you to think is the only type of IRA.  

I would fix the wall though.You don't need to stress over her requests. 

While he was squirting it on the walls and ceilings I was looking at it thinking OMG what a F ing mess, it was running and dripping everywhere.

We provided all the existing system demo, replaced the 4x10 'boots', framed in the return (we relocated it from a floor return to a end-of-hall wall return), and paid for permits and the third party duct test.

A wall in the kitchen [plaster and cinderblock] would have to be taken down enough to put in a door from kitchen to bathroom.

I have replaced all of the windows in the house and have increased the window size at the front of the house.Old windows with dry wall cut back to accept the new window. 

Is it just me or is a white wall that needs painted over after four years of a young family living there, just normal wear and tear?

But one time I remember early on, I had a contractor come out to basically figure out why my electric baseboard heater wasn't working, and I told him what I thought, I ended up being right, and he basically cut a 3x3 hole in wall, luckily on the first try found the junction box where my wires were (with power) connected wires to wires across the room and charged almost $375 clams for this!?
