We would never extend a lease to a resident misbehaving like that.I'd encourage you to tighten up your procedures and, following your lease, get this resident out at the soonest possible time.

The sq ft mentioned by the builder was 2050 but the appraisal came back with 2233 sq ft.

We also do same day turnovers, so it's critical for us to have cleaners that can come on our checkout day.In the cases where we don't have a same day turnover, and our cleaner is running behind, they wll come the following day.
