Like agents, there are specific lenders that understand investor loans and many that have no clue.

Account Closed  To make sure I understand correctly, you are looking for an attorney that can draw up an fille the propert paperwork to foreclose on a property where you (or your business) hold the note?  

In a lease option or subject to agreement, it is my understanding that I as the investor would pay the seller monthly payments.  

@Barclay Hallowell I know wholesalers that do not like to deal with properties with tenants and I can understand why. 

Like Dave and Michael mentioned, there are tons of books, podcasts, forums, etc. that really helped me understand some RE concepts I was struggling with.

@Pat ReillyYou are mistaken in your understanding of the rules.The IRS does not prohibit an IRA from investing in a transaction that would be considered a flip.  

I understand the entire eviction process to take 4-6 months from the time you file so choose tenants wisely.
