At this point I suggest we resolve this through Airbnb support.Ultimately, the resolution was to refund the guest 50% for those unspent nights.

This will give you opportunity to see a very important side of the equation and probably get you in the same room with some well established investors that might be willing to help further your career. 

I would be cautious about that because their website may be built based on the experience of a national brand, not the local manager.
