Property is within Indian Lake East neighborhood with ready access to major highways for easy commuting.

August 1st is actually our summer picnic at Indian Lake Park in North Huntingdon starting at 4:30.

Prince George, Quesnel and Williams Lake areas you can find the 1% rule sometimes, but even there it is tough and the vacancy rate is slightly higher than the island, so it's a push. 

So as you may or not be aware, our house is on Lake Coeur d'Alene in north Idaho.

My original thought is not everyone goes to be out and about a lot of people go to the lake/mountains and visit cabins for the seclusion and want to stay in so I wouldn't think so but looking for others insights as well.

I bought one in 2020 and one in 2023.check out houses in ocean lakes south Carolina, that's where they are and it's a phenomenal place 

Quick question regarding attorney representation...I am under contract on a lake house, using an attorney local to the property.

You can probably buy one from Ace hardware, take it home and put a spare grill at your lake house.

In Shasta Lake City, our experience working with the building department has been nothing but exceptional.

I ask the guests to fill them up before they leave and it has worked great for 5 years now.Our house is on the lake and people are going to fill up coolers.
