The other was over priced.. and I did sell one of my homes to a referral from a wholesaler. one of the better networkings in PDX is Rarebird the owners post here very occasionally and they hold monthly meetings and do a good job with networking but they work at it and because they sponsor it deals get fed to them which is smart on their end they provide good content that is real and in real time with speakers etc.

You would think that the Fed would be smart enough not to sell off their treasuries if there is already a massive sell off in treasuries happening.

BP is a great way to learn from some really amazingly smart people.

I think they are a smart part of a diverse portfolio, and definitely give you some exposure to real estate in completely different classes from you specialty. 

We are still very new and just trying to make smart decisions.
