Casey is similar to the poster last week (I got off the fence and now I'm upside down) who thought due diligence meant CONFIRMING WHAT YOU WANTED TO BELIEVE, and then acting on that prejudice.Maybe the reason I have done so few deals the last couple of years is all of these guys have been bidding up the prices and making everything too thin to interest me.
