You can always hire one and it would be helpful if you have little experience and your agent is not experienced in a non-attorney state.

No personal experience...but honestly I've heard good things about section 8 because you are really guaranteed to get paid.

I know most of us have heard horror stories and/or have personal experience about criminals and unsavory characters taking over vacant properties then claiming squatters rights to avert the authorities. 

I want to pick your brains about some highly profitable investing strategies, pitfalls that may arise investing into this market and any advice or experiences you would like to share.
