In your experience, what kind of reaction do you typically receive from a seller when the buyer offers and interest only payback?  

Last year we received a 1099-A (I believe.

However the investor does receive all investment back plus 25%! 

My original thought was to set things up the best way possible from the get-go in order to receive whatever comes from our marketing efforts.

Even though the price may be below his ask point out that the the total value of the payments he will receive will be much higher then his ask priceNote:  If you do make an offer for owner financing make sure to include a right of first refusal on the note so that if he decides to sell the note at a discount you can buy back your own own at a reduced price.

For example, all the people you network with and give a business card to could email you at "meetup@" or "network@" so that you know where the person received your info.

I have already received the funds and have no other deals going on.
