I'd check the State laws regarding HOAs, if there are any... and see what you can do.Then I'd pick up the trash and dump it as the HOAs office.He should alert the local news to shame them.

Good news is that I chose a 15 year mortgage, so that translated into around $1000 in equity a month.I sold the place today, and even with all the money I put into it over a couple years there was about $40k left over!

I have his phone number and can send along that to you, with great news at what someone of his skill level is willing to take for compensation.  

I try not to speculate too much, but if I can alter my timing by a week or so to perhaps take advantage of extreme pessimism the day of bad news, I will.

The good news is the Portland, Oregon market is on fire and moving my direction, so I may be able to get rid of the property with a new house sitting on it.I'm very excited to learn this real estate investing game now that I've done everything wrong I possibly could in the past 8 years.I'm excited and looking forward to the new direction and knowledge this forum provides.Have a great day 

The good news is, my $2000 of debt is almost paid off and getting really excited about getting into the Real Estate Market.
