Also if you end up with a complaint before a real estate commission, fair housing commission, anything of that sort...you are by and large guilty until proven innocent, as opposed to the opposite you would enjoy a member of the public in a court room.Fines for innocent mistakes can be drastic. 

I also want to mention that I enjoy being on biggerpockets and all that it can offer.However, I do have an issue of using the search function properly on the website.

It is snowing now, here in NJ, and as I was walking outside and going to my computer to go on BP, I was thinking that this site is like a well worn path in the snow: the pioneers struggled to make a path, and those following get to enjoy an easier path already formed by others.
