What kind of investment partners would you need for the deal?

You may need to purchase the lien from them (not satisfy the balance - you're not the owner yet, so you can't just pay off the balance with any kind of assurance that it gives you any rights).

I'm wondering about what kind of demand is there and whether that historic downtown area of Marysville is a viable location (and whether location matters)? 

I'm in the Grand Prairie/Arlington area, but visited a friend out there a few months ago and it's BEAUTIFUL!

If you have any great title company, please kindly recommend it to me. 

Is this kind of strategy ill-advised and/or difficult to pull off?

I guess I’m kind of a late bloomer, pursued a medical career out of college and that has dominated the last decade of my life.

If you are sending qualified traffic to your site, and they bounce, you want to make sure that they remember why they visited your site in the first place.

If it fell into what I expected them I would dig deeper to get a more accurate picture of what the expenses actually are.Of course this is without debt service of any kind.
