All investments have some level of risk, but multi family real estate seems like a better place for consistent gains right now than stocks or other investments (and I already have lots of exposure to equities through my TSP/401k).

I thought that Brandon has used the Cash out Refi process to re-purpose the value gained on a property to purchase a new one.Can someone help me understand this, a better way to do the cash out refi, or should I call a different CPA?

The worst is you loose couple hundred dollars for inspector, but gain lots of experience through talking to Realtor, inspector and contractors.
