@Darren EadyRBC, BMO and TD all claim to provide mortgages to Canadians purchasing property in the U.S.A. thought their U.S.A. subsidiaries while enabling the Canadians to use their income and credit in Canada to qualify.We went though this dance with TD a few years ago and in the end, borrowed the funds in Canada from out business line of credit as the interest rate was lower.

These are really good properties in very nice areas, How do you recommend going about talking these owners in to possible selling they're homes for what they own in taxes before the city claims it anyway.These comps are like $140,000-$175,000 for these houses, Is it even possible to get these properties under contract for only what they owe in taxes to wholesale then to hungry buyers, maybe even offer them at most $20,000.

In his original message he mentioned he bought it in 2012 and is currently living in the property so he most likely won't be depreciating his current property unless he is claiming home office or is renting a part of the property out to boarders/roommates (most dont claim).Guidelines for vacating from a current primary and using rental income are different than calculation of existing rental income.
