The agent had a friend that made the same if not higher offer but theirs was 30 day close and they were asking questions like is the title clean, any issues with title, etc.

Please keep in mind that it is not legal to simply stamp your design without the architect or engineer doing the research into the design and code requirements (not to say some shady people dont do this, but its still illegal)My guess is the costs would be something in the $1500-2500 range.Also keep in mind that not all home design software will be useful to the architects and engineers, same goes for the plan review department.

The biggest downside is having to disclose you hold a license, but I have not found this to be an issue with sellers.

So these are my initial thoughts on the issue - I'd love to hear any feedback from the experts out there... any other military members who encounter these types of frequent move and invest types of life situations... so thanks in advance for your input!!!
