As to the land lording side of things, I tend to agree with Chris.

Hey Chris -I'd say yes there are some great ones and it can be a great way to get deals, BUT it can be hard to find the real deals.

There is also a 90% chance that the loan has been sold off like Chris outlined, so I doubt the "big" boys that buy pooled mortgages on the secondary market are going to look very far into it.
