My car (tesla) opens / drives with app. 

Brand new to the app and am interested to know what you BiggerPockets veterans have found most useful from utilizing this app?

I listen exclusively on the podcast app on my iPhone and it’s pretty terrible, both for creating playlists and for searching for specific podcasts.

Your best system will be your phone, a spreadsheet, and a good note-taking app/ pad of paper. 

Use apps like MilesIQ to keep track of it.

@John Bergstrom I would have FLIPPED out on that inspector (no name calling but they would NOT have had an easy time of it) and then I would be SITTING in the Housing Authority office until they figured out how to find their brain cells and rub them together. 

You can make them recurring or not depending what the task is.Before magic cell phones, I used the large desk calendar and put everything down there.
