@John Bergstrom I would have FLIPPED out on that inspector (no name calling but they would NOT have had an easy time of it) and then I would be SITTING in the Housing Authority office until they figured out how to find their brain cells and rub them together.

You can make them recurring or not depending what the task is.Before magic cell phones, I used the large desk calendar and put everything down there.
