Hello BP Community,I am finishing up the book, Long-Distance Real Estate Investing, by David Greene and he speaks about the biggest house expenses that pertain to specific geographical areas (frozen pipes that burst in cold areas, roof wear-and-tear from rain in Florida, etc.).

As of last Saturday I’m 28 now and My biggest regret was that I didn’t house hack my first house.

One of my biggest quirks I suppose is that sometimes I tend to over Analyze too many things .

I don't let the fact that Donald Bren is the biggest developer in America influence what I do everyday, anymore than you should be thinking "why should I sell commercial real estate when the person buying the property is making so much money?"

Sounds like teh biggest lesson in all this is to not use nice carpet in a cheap rental.
