I would simply ask is anything in life ever gonna be perfect you can't pick a perfect time to have a baby because some ppl will tell you that you need the world some will say you only need love run your numbers under the worst possible scenarios if the place is vacant for a year if rehab takes double the time if there's still a slim profit you might have stumbled on a gold mine does it make since to just throw that away if the girl is cute she cooks she cleans your mom and sister like her do you walk away to find better?

Some RE markets are driven by American expats in the coasts and the border (Baja California, Puerto Vallarta, Manzanillo, Mérida, Cancun) and Lake Chapala, San Miguel de Allende and other hotspots for US baby boomers retiring in Mexico, and Mexican-Americans moving to México, all prices traded in US dollars.The economy of some Mexican States is booming and the real estate prices are ridiculously low with high potential for appreciation.
