I wasn't in ATL during the peak, so I don't have a ton of empirical data, but I agree that the parts of ATL that I've been investing in (west surburbs) are down WAY more than 15%.I'm picking up REOs left and right at 20-30% of peak market prices, and even properties in very good condition appear to be down 30-40% the past year or two.

His materials are thorough, but he appears to be set up as a guru - making his money on students as opposed to real estate.I am hoping Ms Hanover's partnering is included and different as I am already involved in residential short sales and now have commercial sellers responding to my marketing daily and I have transactional funding lined up.

When you update your status now, it will appear in your own activity feed, in addition to the feeds of your colleagues.When someone (colleagues only) comments on your status, you will be notified (as long as you've got those notifications on) by email.We've got a few more improvements to make in the system, and plan on expanding it even further soon.
