Doubly annoying is that they had the electricity turned off, so we'll have to get it put back on at our own expense come Monday to keep the AC and pool pump going, even though we can't officially take the house back until the 25th.

I was told by a securities lawyer today that this would make it NOT a security, but he wanted $5,000 for an opinion letter to officially state this, which I'd rather not have to pay for a couple hundred letters.Does anyone have any real world experience with this?

Officially this is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse, but it has an added room that qualifies as 4th bedroom, plus a finished basement.

Another method I was told about was to just ask a realtor, in your state of course, for a contract so you can submit an offer, not all of them will send you one, but it was pretty easy for me to find one that would, then you've got a realtors contract (official).
